How to Access Services
No one will be denied services due to inability to pay or for reasons of race, creed, color, national origin, disability, religion, age, veteran status, gender, transgender status, or sexual orientation.

Persons are seen for services based on their appointment time or acuity if there is an emergency.
Appointments are made for services by calling (360) 457-0431 during business hours. Clients and family members are also invited to visit the Center at 118 Eighth Street to make application for services. A mental health professional is available for consultation if needed.
How to Pay for Services
All persons holding a Medicaid coupon (Title XIX) are eligible to make application for services and receive an evaluation. Admission for services is based on the criteria established by the Peninsula Regional Support Network (PRSN).
Persons with Medicare coverage or private insurance are admitted based on acuity and acceptance by their respective insurance carrier. Co-payments are required at the time of service.
A sliding fee scale is available. PBH participates in numerous programs offered through state and local governments that cover all or part of the cost of services. Funding sources include United Way, Olympic Area Agency on Aging (OAAA), City of Port Angeles, City of Sequim and private donations.
