How to Pay for Services

All persons holding a Medicaid coupon (Title XIX) are eligible to make application for services and receive an evaluation. Admission for services is based on the criteria established by the Peninsula Regional Support Network (PRSN).

Persons with Medicare coverage or private insurance are admitted based on acuity and acceptance by their respective insurance carrier. Co-payments are required at the time of service.

A sliding fee scale is available. PBH participates in numerous programs offered through state and local governments that cover all or part of the cost of services. Funding sources include United Way, Olympic Area Agency on Aging (OAAA), City of Port Angeles, City of Sequim and private donations.

To determine if a prospective client is eligible for one of these, please contact a representative in the Finance Department through the front office.
