You do not need to wait for an appointment if you are in crisis. Instead, walk in to any PBH office to request crisis services or call us at (360) 457-0431. After hours you can still contact Crisis Services through our call center.

Hours and Locations
PBH is open Monday-Friday, 8AM – 5PM and until 7PM on Mondays and Thursdays. The Youth Services Center is open until 6PM Mon-Fri.

- Maintain the privacy of mental health information.
- Provide patients notice of our legal duties and privacy practices.
- Notify patients if we cannot agree to a requested restriction.
- Accommodate reasonable requests patients may have to communicate information. As a result PBH will not use or disclose an individual’s information without a person’s authorization other than what is allowed by law.
