Privacy Policy
- Maintain the privacy of mental health information.
- Provide patients notice of our legal duties and privacy practices.
- Notify patients if we cannot agree to a requested restriction.
- Accommodate reasonable requests patients may have to communicate information. As a result PBH will not use or disclose an individual’s information without a person’s authorization other than what is allowed by law.
