Adult Outpatient Services (AOP)
Services We Provide
Clinicians work with clients to define treatment goals that will help change behavior and overcome problems in desired ways. Psychotherapy aims to reduce or eliminate troublesome behaviors, beliefs, compulsions, thoughts, or emotions, and to improve relationships and social skills.
Certain therapy methods are considered evidence-based for treating certain disorders. Our team offers Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, along with other treatment modalities to help clients improve their mental health and well-being.
Adult Outpatient clinicians assist clients in developing positive coping skills, a deeper understanding of their strengths and greater strategies for addressing challenges. When appropriate, clinicians coordinate care with primary care providers and our in-house psychiatric treatment team to help clients achieve maximum benefit from their medications.
Our team of compassionate professionals includes licensed clinical social workers (LICSW), licensed mental health counselors (LMHC), and agency affiliated counselors (AAC). We provide counseling for individuals and groups within the context of a multidisciplinary treatment team.
