Transitional Supportive Housing
Peninsula Behavioral Health operates four Transitional Supportive Homes with partial supervision—three in Port Angeles and one in Sequim, which opened in October 2024. Transitional Supportive Housing provides a safe, stable, and structured living environment for individuals who are not yet ready for complete independence but are working toward it. These homes offer a blend of privacy and on-site support, helping residents develop daily living skills, manage mental health and wellness, connect with community resources, and successfully transition to more independent housing.

Permanent Supportive Housing
Peninsula Behavioral Health’s Dawn View Court is a 26‑unit Permanent Supportive Housing community for low‑income individuals and families, featuring amenities such as high‑efficiency heat pumps and kitchens equipped with energy‑saving ranges and refrigerators.
In December 2024, PBH broke ground on its second Permanent Supportive Housing facility, North View—a new 36‑unit development designed to provide long‑term, stable housing paired with on‑site supportive services for people experiencing chronic homelessness, serious mental illness, or other significant barriers to housing stability. Located in a quiet, accessible neighborhood, North View will include community spaces, modern energy‑efficient appliances, and sustainable building features. Construction is expected to be completed in early 2026, expanding PBH’s capacity to help more residents achieve housing stability and improved quality of life.
